Qualiteam International's main focus
is on the aluminium extrusion industry: aluminium
billets, aluminium extrusion
presses (both new and used
presses and finally the
semi-product in its various forms of finishing: mill-finish,
anodised, powder coated, PVDF painted.
Qualiteam International co-operates with some of the most complete equiped extruders, making them suppliers of first choice to the main custome-made
facade builders in Europe. The
supplies include assembling with polyamide strips,
machining, anodising ans coating (powder and PVDF) of
window- and curtain wall profiles.
Presses range from micro-presses for special profiles with very thin wall thickness to presses in the 5500 - 10.000 tons range for profiles going up to 900 mm large.

The selected extruders are ISO 9002 certified and, as far as
applicable, have Qualicoat and Qualanod certifications. Most
of them have their own dieshops.

Qualiteam International selects amoung its suppliers the
best suited for the job, taking into consideration the
complexity of the dies, the tonnage, the required finishing
and logistic implications. And the sharpest possible price,
